1. What is the warranty period for a new bat?
The warranty period for a new bat is 2 months from the date of purchase.
2. What does the bat warranty cover?
The warranty only covers a broken handle.
3. Will the bat be replaced under warranty?
No. Only the handle will be replaced. The bat itself will not be exchanged.
4. How many free repairs are included in the warranty?
The warranty includes one (1) free repair only.
5. When should the repaired bat be returned to the office?
Repaired bats must be returned within 10 days.
After 10 days, Duke Sports will not be responsible.
6. Can wholesale dealers return unsold bats?
No. Wholesale dealers are requested not to return unsold bats.
7. Can I return or exchange a bat due to color or texture difference?
No. Minor differences in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or photography lighting, and returns or exchanges are not accepted for this reason.
8. When is a return or exchange allowed?
Returns or exchanges are allowed only in the case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Shipping errors (wrong item received)
9. How long do I have to report a return or exchange issue?
You must contact customer service within 7 days of purchase.
